It is a beauty salon located on the first floor of the Palisades Mall. The store offers a variety of beauty products and contains a tanning salon. During the mission Wilted Flower, Linette Watkins is found here badly dehydrated after being trapped in one of the store's tanning beds.
In Off the Record, there is a store with the same name in the Uranus Zone.
