Track Down Hemlock is the first story mission of Chapter 8, or Overtime Mode, in Dead Rising 3.
Nick Ramos teams up with Chuck Greene to stop General John Hemlock from harvesting King Zombies in order to create a secret ultimate weapon.

Encountering Hemlock and Marian[]
Nick and Chuck confront John and Marian Mallon, learning that Hemlock now has the means to trigger zombie outbreaks at will. His goal is to maintain a state of emergency that will suspend civil rights and position him as the de facto ruler of the United States.
Marian rejects John's plan, insisting that finding the orphan is the only way to produce a cure. John dismisses the cure as a myth and pleads with her not to waste the opportunity on what he believes is a hopeless dream. When she firmly rejects both his plan and his affections, calling him weak and unreliable, John coldly throws her from the landing pad to her death, remarking that no other man would want her in her current condition. With Marian dead, John orders the collection process to begin, warning that firebombing will follow shortly afterward.
Destroy Harvest Drones[]
Nick and Chuck must destroy the Harvest Drones to disrupt John's plan. A total of 60 drones must be destroyed over the course of Overtime Mode. After Nick destroys enough drones in Ingleton, or if John manages to collect enough King Zombies, John will relocate to Central City to continue his operation.
It is highly recommended to use a vehicle to quickly travel between locations where drones and King Zombies appear, as this chapter is timed.
King Zombies can be identified by the glowing yellow lights in their chests, which indicate that they are being targeted for collection by the drones. Use melee weapons to kill the King Zombies before they are picked up. Additionally, make sure to carry firearms such as the Z.A.R and Split Shot to shoot down drones efficiently from a distance.
