The World News is a book found in Dead Rising.
The book allows Frank to gain 25% more PP (Prestige Points) awarded from survivor-related activities (i.e. recruitment, escorting to the Security Room, etc.). However, the book does not affects mutinies and requests. This book can be a great aid to upgrade Frank's level.
The book can be found in The Sinister Read on the second floor of the Entrance Plaza.
