Chuck gives Katey her dose of Zombrex, causing her to faint. Stacey explains that fainting is merely a harmless side-effect of the drug and that her sister used Zombrex as well before it became too much for her.
She explains how Isabela Keyes and Frank West had worked to create Zombrex after the Willamette Incident and that they were looking for a complete cure. Chuck tells Stacey that he hopes they're still searching.

Stacey: No, her brother was the terrorist. He was angry, taking revenge for a government experiment that caused all of this in the first place. Isabella tried to help.
